Do Devs Look at Bug Tracker - Needs Feedback Section?

Just looking back at a few bug reports i submitted 2+ months https://tracker.playphoenix.online/issues/feedback

Primarily WoC and Decimation trap being improperly nerfed into the ground and they now have falloff damage. These are in the "needs feedback" section but no dev has asked a question and no more information is needed. Is this where reported bugs go to die or what?

That's like the storage closet where the replacement back burners are kept.
