HELP! i can't enter with my account!

hi guys,
i'm sorry for my bad english….(i'm italian). i try to make me understand.
i can't enter with my account in game… the game says: ''your account has no acces to this game'' after my login window.
any 1 can help me to solve my problem!?

So...i was banned ?? And why? I've got another account in albion but it is of my wife, and she never play...i don't understand why me...? Please insert me again in game...please.

Message GM on disc. Youll have to live out your ban sentence of a few days and the Alb account will likely be deleted.
