It's caped on everything and gives you options for either spear or sword, with the switch of a armour part and weapon type. But it is not weaponless. All you need is SI neck to finish. The armour is pimped/skined up with dragon cloak skin and dragon spear skin. The 2 swords also have skins with shield skin. PM me here I check forums once a day.
