Revert atleast some of the changes in Instant Dungeons

The runs people organized have dropped significally - probably good enough reason?

From what I understand, is that nobody has completed HoH except for Hib, since they made the latest changes. So I only see DS runs now.

We used to run HoH a lot on Hib and recently tried it on alb. Let's just say it didn't go so well.

Mid has stopped HoH all together, just not do-able!

Yup. Same thing I'm seeing now that we play alb. We tried several times. Just isn't possible from what I can see.
