The box that has all of the crafting skills is empty. My character sheet says I'm an alchemist, and relogging/talking to the Alchemy master does nothing.
I had this issue earlier. Talking to a different Tradeskill master caused them to show back up. So I was set to Tailer, and spoke to the Fletchers master and all the skills appeared.
