missing characters

hi

i just rejoined phoenix, and logged in with all character pages but my chars are gone!
was there a wipe or smth?

also when i try to create new chars with the same names i had before it tells me they arent allowed, but the names are normal fantasy names i use in many mmos since years!

i tried to search for info but i couldnt find anything about a wipe or deleting unactive characters.

im missing 3 chars, 1 lvl 50 and the other 2 were around lvl 1 - 10.

would be nice if anyone could help with this!

Are you sure it's not another account?

As far as I know, the only times characters get deleted is if you have received that as a punishment for macro farming or some such, so it's unlikely they will have just vanished.

Either way, it's probably best to throw a GM a PM on discord and see if they can help.
