Caster Temp questions

Hello, I am newly come back to Phoenix after a long hiatus and I decided to roll Hib, never really played Hib before so here I am !

I have an Animist and a Mentalist that are almost to 50 and I would like to know what some of the "must have" pieces are for the temps. I know about the Galladoria chest being pretty good and the classic SI neck. Other than these two what are some sick pieces I can get with Feathers ?
Also what are some good Procs/Charges I can put on the crafted armor pieces ?

You need chunck of legion to have the mana charge. And maybe a dd charge on an items like ring/bracer.
Other than that, you don't need much.
You go full abla on the armor, and if you don't have instant charge on other items, maybe a charge on the feet, hand or staff.

I like Rams folly for my staff and Galla chest on my mana ment. That robe looks cool and glowy balls for the win! My Ani is pure farming so my temp is not hardcore. Just capped his resists/stats/skills with rog and whatever.
