How about a Christmas event that involves all realms?
Perhaps set it in a BG or TOA area somewhere and have the boss locked inside a keep, or gate. All 3 realms should have to complete an objective before the keep/area unlocks, at which point all 3 realms can fight the final boss, together.
PvP flag would need to be turned off obviously
I am not sure about loot distribution, perhaps some sort of currency reward instead? With a festive items NPC that sells some novelty stuff, along with maybe some unique (but not OP) weapons/armour/jewellery
Maybe throw in an RP reward too?
And a title ofc!
It might mean that it would need to be a timed thing, where everyone gathers near an NPC and all 3 realms get ported in together, much like the holding area used for other events.
It might bring some much needed unity to the server, we are all DAOC players at the end of the day and share a common hobby, it's just that we play different realms.
