I play mostly Thid... But, I play all 3 realms.
Do the Hib or Mid have access to a unspec'd 5.0 damage add buff similar to the Thurg at level 20?
The nearest I can find for Hib is the Enchantment line for Enchanter
I don't see any of those in Thid.
The nearest I can find for Mid is the Darkness line for Runemaster
I don't see any of those in Thid.
One reason I think the Albs control Thid more often is their access to this damage add benefit.
The questions that I have:
Are there any plans to move the Dam add into unspecc'd access for Hib and Mid?
If not, are there any plans to move the Dam add to a specc'd line for Alb?
