Characters are not sorted according the right realm in /rearrange list

Hi,

/rearrange list brings a sorted list of characters, first pages of 3 realms are well sorted, but others pages are listed below Hibernia.

It was already mentioned in suggestions category. But good idea to put it into New Issues.

Toon creation date is used right now for pages greater than 0, not slot number ordering and a spacer between pages would be nice.
Maybe there is a way to just display the realm you are logged in at the moment. This would keep the list shorter and clearer when you got tons of characters.
