Re: RvR trio
#2I would say Skald. With a setup like that, you really want to be able to pick your fights or just follow other groups around and leech on their kills

Re: RvR trio
#3There is still time to convince your buddy to NOT roll a Hunter!
Seriously, Archers do not fare well currently in the active rules set AND they are not stellar group mates too, to say the least.
A group of Skald, BD and Healer would be very nice but Skald + 2x BD would also work very well.

as a new player to daoc he will be dissapointed in his choice for sure in your visible RvR-trio
Re: RvR trio
#5You should also take into account, that the leveling process takes significantly longer and if you want to be decent in RvR you will want gear. Gear comes either from Money or from Farming.
If trio and only trio, I suggest berserker, skald and shamy for farming reasons.
if RvR is your trio's choice and you will want to play BD and HU, then I back the suggestion for the Skald as 3rd class for above mentioned reasons.
Enjoy and welcome onboard
