Ranger Bow Draw Speed

I'm still relatively new to to class and I'm trying to figure out how to cap my bow speed.

My self buffs bring me to 252 quickness (46 PF spec).

How can I figure out how much aug quick and moarchery I need to cap?

You are done

Get MoA 5 at least
I don’t go higher that 5 for melee, caring or archery
But then again I have toons all about 4.5-5.5 so need points elsewhere
