Confirmation on 2h damage bonus

Alright so I have a level 41 SB and I am finding that 2h dmg is not high enough.

From what I understand 2h is supposed to receive two different types of damage bonus vs 1h as you level up:
First being a base 10% bonus
Second being a 0.5% bonus per skill point not bound by composite and non-capping

I tested damage at dummy with 1h axe and 2h axe of the exact same speed(4.2). 1h axe is 99% qual 2h axe is 100% qual.
I am capped on str/qui and +weapon with both 1h and 2h equipped. i am not using an offhand weapon with 1h

My taunt is dealing 99dmg with 1h
My taunt is dealing 125dmg with 2h

This is only a 26% bonus to 2h damage vs 1h

I should be getting 10%+((41+9)/2)=35% bonus if it is additive

or

I should be getting 1.10 x 1.25 = 1.37 or 37% bonus if it is multiplicative

So I should be dealing 133dmg with my 2h if it is additive

or 135dmg with my 2h if it is multiplicative

This is if my 2h axe was 99% qual and not 100% meaning I should be seeing a tiny bit extra damage from quality bonus

Could someone please help me understand why I am not seeing the correct damage?

This damage is consistent with a 0.32% bonus 2h per level trained+skill vs 0.50%

Addition information!!!

This would mean if I equip a LA axe my dps is actually higher than equipping a 2h even with nothing trained in LA
I get 84MH dmg and 15OH damage with a 4.2 and 2.4 weapon equipped with my taunt.

With haste effect reducing my attack speed to 3.3 I would actually be doing 28% more dps with just equipping an off hand weapon making 2h all together obsolete

For easy to read DPS calculations I will not factor in my quickness

4.2 2h = 29.7dps
4.2 1h = 23.5dps
using LA not trained = 3.3 dual = 30dps

4.2 weapons have a 0.94 + 4.2 * 0.03 = 1.066 dps multiplier, aka slow weapon bonus
At 50 spec the two handed bonus is (1.1 + 50 * 0.005) = 1.35 aka 35%

Weapon DPS:
1h: 16.5 * 1.066 = 17.589 DPS
2h: 16.5 * 1.35 * 1.066 = 23.745 DPS

Unstyled Cap = DPS * Speed * 3
1h: 17.589 * 4.2 * 3 = 221.62
2h: 23.745 * 4.2 * 3 = 299.187

221.62 * 1.35 = 299.187 -> You are getting the expected 35% dps bonus.

Style damage is normally supposed to be a flat damage increase based on the style, spec and actual swing speed multiplied by the damage modifier at the end (ie if you see a 3 or as displayed here 3000 damage modifier the style damage is also at its cap), the weapon dps (and hence 2h spec bonus) would not apply to it. However, since we didn't have the proper values the accurate style damage formula requires, we're using the somewhat well known approximating growth rate stuff for all non stealth opener, I currently don't know exactly how this one differs wrt the 2h bonus, I just know that with increasing cap damage there the style damage multiplier would go down as well.

Anyways, regardless of which style damage formula is used, you wouldn't see the full 35% bonus on styled attacks.
