Was MoArcane changed for rangers? Broken?

I’ve respected in and out of MoA at least ten times.
Also tried zoning after/before retraining.
I’m getting no bonus to my str/dex/qui ONLY TO AF

I’m spec MoA 5 @ level 41
Is this restricted by level?
I’m getting the 1.25 multiplier from the buff line @40pf spec

Well I leveled to 42 and tried again
I squeezed out ONE point of additional strength with MoA 5

My guess is +buffs to stats is limited by level and I’m at a point where the RA is useless

MoArcane 1 is a 2% increase. The 1 point you see a stat increasing is called math. 2% of a buff that gives +50 is 1.

Given that MoArcane applies to all ranger buffs including potions I think it worth getting with spare points.

Did you bother reading?

MoA 5 FIVE !!!!!
As I said
It appears level dependent

Stats from buffs is capped and that cap changes per level. Maybe you are hitting the cap?

Reading something and being able to understand it is called reading comprehension. It's usually taught right after math class. You must have left early that day.

I did not do the math but I assume you only get the 1.25 multiplier max to your level. In short you are too low to see a difference (I think you can not extend over your current lvl you have to wait until you reached a higher lvl). As you said you gained a point after lvl 41 to 42. So I guess you will see another increase on lvl 43. Reason you said you see a "big" difference in your AF was because it was lvl 31 at this point so a lot room to adjust the 1.25 multiplier to your current (lvl 41) level.
I hope you get what I mean because I can't it explain better atm. In short be a bit more patient and test at again with 45 you should see a greater difference.

Well I assume the old buff cap rules by level still apply:

http://disorder.dk/daoc/stats-cap/

But maybe my "reading comprehension" is holding me back.

I don’t believe they are capped at those rates
They are too low

Spec buffs cap at (Level x 1.5 x 1.25) and base buffs cap at (Level x 1.25).

At level 41, a spec buff will cap for you at 76 and a base buff will cap at 51.

The level 40 d/q buff in pathfinding has a listed value of 63. Spec buffs will always give 1.25x their listed value, which is 78.

MoArcane is working as intended, you just don't benefit from it at all as you're already capped by the base value of the spell.

At 42 you're exactly at the cap. You'll benefit from MoArcane starting at 43.

Those are the base, listed values. Not the values modified by specialization.

A 75 value spec buff gets a 1.25x bonus, putting it at 93. A 50 value base buff, if you have 50 composite enh/nurt/Aug, will also get the 1.25x bonus, putting it at 63.
