Hello short question.

I now have a new computer and would like to continue playing. Can I just log in my account on the new computer? doesn't want to be banned. Because you could interpret it as an account sharing rule.

account sharing isn't against the rules

just reinstall and log in from your new computer

Remember that when reinstalling you can copy over the files in
"C:/Users/<your username>/AppData/Roaming/Electronic Arts/Dark Age of Camelot/"
to your new computer to save your controls and interface settings.
