Any plans for weapon effects for hunters? (Bow & Spear?)

Right now, there's no effects for bows or spears. (I don't know how other archers: Scout, Ranger fare in this but I'm guessing they can't get effects either)

Any plans to finish implementing the effects we can purchase for these?

Dude they still haven’t given the item from the event like 2 months ago, don’t get your hopes up.

I would think that stealthers would not want something that draws attention to them.
