Region168 - Map not found - Phoenix Freeshard

Hi,
in every custom UI i tried, i always get an complaint about the Map in Thidranki - "Map not found". I tried:
- Bobs UI
- Tubbens UI
- Low UI
with different Map Packs, all share the same issue. Anyone knows how to fix this, e.g. which file to modify in the custom UI to show the map.

Howdy, try place this into your folder with maps: DAoC\ui\maps

Thanks, my folder already had this one. If your maps are displayed correctly, would you mind compressing and uploading your entire "maps" folder from the custom ui you are using?

just replace your old map with this one, phoenix using another regionID for this bg thats why :p

Still no luck:

In my regions.dat, there is no [region168], just a [region238] which is Thidranki on Live:

zone0_desc=This region is for levels 20-24 only. capRP=750(1L5).  The center keep can be claimed once per level for experience

Manually adding a [region168] section with the correct key/value-pairs makes also no difference ... :-(

You could even test the maps from my UI if it works incl. regions.dat/areas.dat

Just a additional note, if someone encounters a similar problem - my 512x512 Mapset was missing the zone252.dds and zone252_00.dds files. But as zone238 is Thidranki on Live - which was in my Mapset - it was just a matter of copying this one as zone252.

Just copied the 252.dds and 252_00.dds from your file to ui/maps where it was missing and the map appears
