Cannot use custom UI - Phoenix Freeshard

hi,

since today, I have this issue regarding my UI custom.
On the char page, in the option, I select custom skin, accept it and connect my char hoping to play my char with this ui which was working before...unfortunately, I can see this is only the atlantis ui which is selected every time I connect my char.

How can I fix that ?

I guess you named the folder wrong.

Yourdaoxfolder/UI/custom

In the custom folder der are the xml files for example asset.xml

Please be sure there is no subfolder for example

Yourdaoxfolder/UI/custom/custom

I did everything you said and it still doesn't work...so I really don't know what to do...
And I cannot even choose the option "use classic name font"...

I figured out I cannot change th mouselook sensitivity, skin choice and classic name font...
If you need some others pictures to help me fix this issue, plz let me know

update:

Even from the Options Menu, I cannot change any other options...from Controls -> Configure Keyboard, it doesn't take any modification from here into the game... like for example now, I cannot select anything with the left mousse.

What's going wrong ?

Try to patch the client again.

Try to run as administrator and deactivate your av.
