I was lvling a friar for the last few days. My game just crashed to desktop and now the friar is not a choice on the character selection screen. Never seen anything like this. What should I do?

I'm sure yall are very busy and I appreciate all you do! I was really enjoying leveling this character and am hoping to be back doing it again soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
