New ddos attack?

Dropping constantly today, as well as I noticed half a Sidi raid dropped earlier too. Not able to stay connected with new servers for more than 5 minutes at a time.
Anyone having this experience?
I'm in US by the way.

Some proxies were attacked and should have been replaced with new ones since.
