Character spinning in place after opening chat window

Made new characters, and my toons just spin in place when I hit enter to chat.

So, not going to be able to play until this is resolved. Checked settings for keyboard, and nothing seems off.

I had to reboot the computer to fix this. Try that and see if it works.
