Does anyone have a standalone version that doesnt require the Website?

I use a version of Charplan that is a 1.68 patch version (old versions link), but it isn't accurate to all classes (such as Wardens.) It's good for checking spec points and defense/offense calculations but is useless for RA planning on Phoenix.
