New login screen.

I have a question about the new logon screen. I see it has a link that says "Register a new Account".
With the recent bannings of people who had made more than one account on one computer I am wondering why there would be such a link.
It seems odd.

From what I understand all new accounts will be created through the Patcher. Apparently it will help with all of the Bots on the web page.

Correct.
As of yesterday the new Phoenix patcher takes over the account creation; simply for additional features and security.
