Do NS bother with 1 or two points in this RA?

I haven't seen NS really take it eventhough every smart NS would take 1 point in it. More preferable 2 points because you gain so much from Mastery of Focus by just investing 2 points.

I used to have MoF1 on my NS long time ago, but I dropped it cuz it rather made me confused.
Maybe it's just me, but i find determining whether poison/proc resisted or not, only by watching graphics, pretty tough.
So, I try to look at the resist rate from the combat log to see which one resisted.

Basic resist rate is as below:
10% : Lifebane, Haste debuff, feather DoT
11.5% : Enervating Poison
12.5% : S/C debuff, D/Q debuff, feather Lifetap
13.5% : Disease Poison
14% : Snare Poison, Rog Lifetap

So I can immediately see that my Enervating or Disease resisted thanks to those unique resist rates.

But if i go MoF1, things change as below:
10% : Lifebane, Haste debuff, feather DoT, Enervating Poison
12.5% : S/C debuff, D/Q debuff, feather Lifetap, Disease Poison, Snare Poison, Rog Lifetap

All the resist rates converge to 10% and 12.5%, thus making it impossible to see if Enervating or Disease resisted or not by its number.

This is why I dropped MoF, but if you don't read log while fighting, lowering resist rates itself could be pretty beneficial.
It is up to you.

Well that’s a bonus
I was unaware that MoF even aided with envenom resists
I thought it would only help with the two nukes
