crafted with alchemy, cant remember the name, just ask one in game, put it on a lowest mp item crafted.

Some (named) drops might have it, otherwise you can craft a charge on a MP piece of armour and get 10 charges for 30 secs duration (Stable Honing Arcanium Tincture)

There are no potions for it, the shard skin pots recommended earlier gives a damage shield, not a damage add.

one of the named drops in midgard with it is called "Ring of the Prey skewering" but since they are going for a plat or so, you are better off getting it crafted

Yep - this. It might take a few minutes to craft a level 1 MP glove or something, but then just imbue the charge on it and total costs won't exceed 100g.
