Give an Albion class a 5 second reusable 2300 range spammable interrupt.

I think the Paladin taunt should be changed to fit this criteria. It would not interfere with the lore of the class or break the meta but it would give the class some more useful utility. This would bring it up to par with realm balance. Please don't bring up the uniqueness of each realm going out the window with this change, if you strongly feel this way then revert the homogeneous RA system of every realm having the same realm abilities vs them being unique to each realm.

honestly this is probably one of the very few changes i think would work. The only issue i see is, then it becomes harder to "kite" for classes that can kite it, because dont forget, at its whole, its a tank class i.e. kiting should be one of its weaknesses.

Id make it a speed interrupt only basically, not a cast interrupt (or only make it within 800 it interrupts casts).
