Help with /moveitem totarget

Hello all I am trying to use this command to move contents of bag 2 to my vault or another player but I can’t have any luck with it.

Vault open and empty, vault targeted, using command /moveitem totarget #bag2

Nothing happens

Same with trading. I tried with trade window opened or closed and trading partner selected. Nothing happens.

Any help?

Numb, any help with using /moveitem to transfer from bags to vault, guild vault, house vault, or another player???
