Do RA work in PVE?

Some of them seem OP for PVE use.

But if they work, sweet!

All RA should work in PvE.

Yes, they do and you also can respec for free before you reach level 50.
Aftre 50 you have two respeccs for free so it becomes a bit harder to load full PvE RAs if you want to RvR too.
