Appeal to our Players

Dear Community,
as all of you know, our team is providing this server in their free time.
That means: We work before or after our regular work hours and sometimes even during work hours (discord) to provide you with the best possible service under these circumstances.

We try to fix all bugs, we try to answer questions via discord, forum and Facebook and we try to work on new content to come to keep all of you entertained.
That being said, we would like to ask the whole community to support our efforts.

How? It is very easy.

- Please try to solve “arguments” on your own. You can’t imagine how many appeals we receive on a daily base, where players are just flaming about other players. Many of them could have been solved by the players themselves. If there is a real problem, please take a screenshot and send it to a GameMaster on discord.

- Please try to solve “he stole my mob” on your own.
This doesn’t mean that we will not act on griefplay, but many situations could have been solved between the parties involved.
If there is a real problem, please take a screenshot and send it to a GameMaster on discord.

- If you own a house - DO NOT DELETE the Character who purchased the house

- If you upgrade/convert a house, make sure that EVERYTHING is taken out. Every piece inside the house, the consignment merchant as well as the garden decoration.
At this time, you can’t re-collect anything if you didn’t place it in your bag before upgrading/converting.
Make sure that your rent is paid as you can’t re-collect any items later either.
If you lose your house, you will also lose all items in the house vault.

- If you buy something at a consignment merchant, please check what you are buying. There is a big “Info” button on every UI.
If you trade something with another player, or you have someone applying a craft to your equipment, please check before you hit the OK button.

In short words, just watch what you are doing and try to find solutions before you contact the staff.
If you need to appeal/report a bug – please be as specific as possible!
