Hi guys, there is a cap in this server for parry shield and crit chances? A guy with the manage of Dex and RAs (like MoParry, Moblock, MoPain and Dual threat) can go above 50% parry block an crit chance?
Last question for a melee tank and for a stealth how much hp 1 point in con give and how much parry and block 1 point in Dex give? Is different for specific classes?
