Does anyone ever run in Cathal Valley?

Haven't really logged in other than to pay rent on houses for like 4 or 5 months, and been itching to play some more. Wanted to run around on the level 39 BM in Cathal, but I feel as though literally no one ever goes in there. Am I just missing people because I am US West, or is it that no one actually plays it at all?

I had 9 characters on each realm level 24 thinking I’d have some fun and get ra’s While there.
Zone is so barren I have foregone that idea and have been leveling them all in frontiers
