It's great that Phoenix has such 24 hour action...the downside is the balance of keep defense/offense warfare is seriously lacking in the defense part of the scale.
One reason is often guilds that own a keep are from a diff timezone and are not on to communicate the under attack info.
My suggestion is make this message available to the entire alliance a guild is in. At least then there is a better chance a particular alliance will have people on to relay this information (after all, that is why the attack message it exists, correct?) . This will give a little bolster to the defensive portion of keep warfare many of us like.
Bonus is it enhances everyone, not just class or realm specific...
