When/how do the XP bonuses increase?

We all know plants and dragons and Giants are still good, but what will cause the bonuses to raise again?

Is there a system in place to keep everything from hitting 0 like humanoids and undead and demons?

Here's my suggestion: What about a pool/sliding scale wherein as one goes down 1%, the others go up 1/X% where X is the total number of mob types?

Just curious as to how long the XP bonuses will last, or if new players won't have it as good as those that were playing when the system was first implemented.

Afaik the way it works is like this:

If all mobtypes are killed exactly in the same amount, all Boni will be 0%

If a mobtype is killed less, then it gets a Bonus depending on how big the difference is to the most killed mobtype
