Win32 Error 12029

Hi there,

I am having issues logging in and it has been getting worse over time. I am connected to the internet and I can access any website (include these forums).

One of two issues are presenting:

1) When I execute Phoenix.exe a window appears, "Phoenix - Checking Files" with a moving green bar. After a min or so I get the following error:
Win32 Error 12029 A connection with the server could not be established
Could not verify the files because the patch server was unavailable. Shutting down.

When I click OK the Checking files window closes.

2) The File checker will work successfully and I am presented with the Phoenix - Login window. I enter my username and Password, click Login, and timer spins on the right side. Again, after a min or so I get a similar error as the one above:
Win32 Error 12029
A connection with the server could not be established

I have also tried waiting various times between 5 and 30 mins and re-trying, but no joy.

Any help would be appreciated.
