So with the changes to the debuff proc.
Is the goto an energy DD better option than LT?

I've got a LT proc on 1h weapon and heal on shield, because I figured that I mainly want to stay alive when I use them. When I want to do melee damage, I whip out the 2h with an energy proc.

yes energy procs hit for around 150 debuffed thats huge in combination with a very fast 1h
in addition you want a d/q debuff for switch
LT procs procs however are very situational since you normally destroy your enemy or get smashed hard, close fights are rare imo
dont ever use heal procs! they get reduced by desease, get MHB procs!
