99% of the players get LW1+tireless on Phoenix.
So theoretically, ppl can perma sprint only with blue endu.
But red endu is never a waste for melees.
It really helps melees to regain endu while perma sprinting+landing styles, especially for slam bots.
For casters, yellow endu is enough.
If you find someone that doesn't spend the first two points of RA's in Tireless and LW1 then you shouldn't be friends with them... also spam region and make sure they are crucified by the community.
I'm joking btw well maybe not 100% but this has been a pretty basic rule forever.
