Whats the current best path for Ranger Bow Spec'n?

Would the spec differ from RR3 to rr6?

While leveling keep PF close to your level until you can afford to use buff pots. Keep bow close to your level, followed by blades or pierce. When you get to a bg or 50, then respec out of pf and don't go any higher than 35 bow at 50.
