Cure NS needs to be affected by dex

Nearsight is a 2.0s cast, 2300 range, and affected by dex and casting RAs. A nearsighter can get 3+ nearsights out in the time it takes to cure 1 nearsight. Impossible to keep up with nearsight in an 8v8 as the nearsight curer with a 3.5s hard capped spell. A support class can't heal and cure nearsight and move to keep position in the time it takes for 1 nearsight class to nearsight 3-5 people, deal with stopping damage, and not just get overrun.

Cure nearsight needs to be affected by dex and casting speed RAs.

While i think it is good to need more time to cure negative effects, than applying them for balance, i think a dex scaling - if it truly doesn't exist wouldn't hurt.

The cure is not fine as it is. Cure mez has an immunity but the cure spell is modified by dex. There is no reason for the fastest cure ns to be hard capped and to cast at a speed that is 3-4x as slow as a nearsight to begin with.
Be happy it has been added to more classes for balance.
