New system for Weapon, RvR sustain and low rank catch-up

I would enjoy to see some artifact style leveling items.
At the moment the jewelry ROGs feel nice with the utility and the upgrading.
The armor spellcrafting feels nice too.
The weapon side of things feels lackluster, a few routes to go to:
- Champion weapons with quests and upgrading
- Artifact weapon leveling
- New system

I would like to have a system where high level weaponcrafter can craft some weapon parts like before (hilt/guard/blade)
Then upgrade the alchemy part, making all proc standard accross all realms/feather items.
Once you have crafted your legendary/champion/artifact weapon, you will have to achieve some RvR and PvE content to activate its soul.
Example:
- 100 deathblows or 100k RP
&
- 10 instances (DS/HoH/Celestius) or 1000 PvE lvl 51+ kills in solo

Once the soul is activated, you can choose a path of upgrading to unlock specific RAs, these RAs would be deactivated if the player is RR5+

For example:
- Path of Power unlocks Augmented Acuity, MCL and Ethereal Bonds as you level the weapon to its max rank.

You can then sell or lend-within-your-guild these weapons for low RA players.
There are no bonus on weapons except casting staves, which will all have 50lvl focus in all magic.
High RR people could still use these weapons for the weapon effects.
Weapon effects can also be removed and skins can be changed.
