1 : Give a bonus or malus when you fight in keep or tower with big difference
Ex : Attacker 50 vs Défender 20 = 5% bonus all dmg for the défender or 5% malus all dmg/heal for the attacker (like 25player diff (25=5%, 50=10% etc..)

2 : More speed 5 (speed minst/skald/bard) to 2-3 more class. (or make horse with max speed with juste 3 sec cast after all fight) (like ywain)
Actually to many people go only BG because if you dont have a max speed you cant nothing in rvr.

3 : Lock grp :
Max 3 player grp if a realm have only <75 players connected in rvr zone
Max 5 player grp if a realm have only <150 players connected in rvr zone
normal if 150> more player in rvr zone
Ex: Alb110; Mid 68; Hib 95 = Max player grp 3 (if mid have 75+player in rvr we can grp 5)

4 : Timer realm : 1 hour or instante.

5 : Give a shear buff on shaman cleric drood with timer (0.30 or 1min by shear) Specs: cleric smith / drood nurture / shaman mending

6 : change poison on steather : Only weapon equiped can take poison all weapon in your bag are autoclear. You switch only for proc not for refresh poison.

7 : Gtae need vision for cast.

8 : Catapult limited or if you use catapult you take 2xmore dmg.

9 : Only /kiss in rvr zone !! to many /rude :p

Point 9 is the only sugggestion with a bit of sense, imo

Well all of these are , eh, not really a game changer.

However the lock group size.....really? 3 things about this.
1. You should not punish people who want to play with their friends and that is their time zone to play. It is not their fault not a lot of people are on.

2. What kind of group compositions are you thinking here? you will negate people from even getting groups in a 3 man scenario. People play what they want to play. Think of Mid....skald,shammy,healer? thats your group unless you want to use buff pots or not have heals or speed. Consider that vs the bard druid (insert dps), or Minstrel cleric (insert dps) And if people are trying to run 2 or 3 groups of 3 together, not you need more buffs more heals more speed etc, it just doesn't work.

On top of that, in your scenario "Ex: Alb110; Mid 68; Hib 95 = Max player grp 3 (if mid have 75+player in rvr we can grp 5)" that's insane, if you cant get 4,5,6,7 other people to play with with that many online, you are either not good and noone wants to group with you, or you just roam in a zerg and do not get invited to balanced groups so you can be carried.

I would of actually considered it logical , if it was 75 total all 3 realms combined (ex alb 27, mid 18, hib 22 players online.) Besides, what happened when people move from RvR to PvE and you drop below, do people just drop out of your group? haha really bad idea

3. people who run 8, when there is no one online to kill, if they are on for an extended period of time, just killing solos and duos or just taking towers, let them have their fun, their life must be pretty rough

Shears
The shears idea is something they should bring, but make the cleric/druid/shammy have to spec higher than 42 in enhance/nurture/augmentation to get the spec shears, and not offer the base shears until the mid 30's. Make the range/speed something like this 1500/4s, 1250/3.5s, 1000/3s with the cast time effected by dex, and have it cost a reasonably amount of power or could even lower the cast time but add a cooldown timer like bolts. Just dont bring the aoe shears, that was lame.

Speed 5
The speed 5 issue, do not agree with, before you offer a suggestion like that, who would you give it to? the group/realm balance would be pretty hard to do to make it work. I mean, In ALB, you gain caster damage by not running a minstrel in the expense of speed, In Hib, well you have it already anyway cause no one does not run a bard, and mid well, kind of the same as alb gain caster dps, but not running a skald is hard. This would only really help the BG groups get around faster, and again, choosing damage over speed or the other way around seems logical.

Lastly, the /kiss vs /rude....really? that bothers you? Get a thicker skin buddy, who cares what people emote or say about you in a 20 year old online game on a custom free server. Grow a backbone hahaha
