No, they're not.
Alb abilities are too spread out and the body train is too strong, Paladins are a strong class that gets overshadowed by broken ones.

Check out Euologgie, Paladins are actually very strong if played well, they have weak matchups and strong ones, like every other class.
In 8v8 they are insane peelers with specaf and healchant on top.
