Belt of Cladhammer timer listed charge ability missing

Albion Dartmoor drop from named giants.

It has regular stats on it, but is missing its charge ability and amount of charges.
Only says "Can use item every: 2:00min"

When searching item in DAOC databases, it is supposed to be a damage add w/10 charges 11.3dps

It now has 10 charges 11.3 dmg-add. Already existing items will not get changed.
