Necromancer PassivePet action doesn't reset its spellqueue during cc

Necromancer Pet spellqueue is not reset on PassivePet command, if pet was cc (mez or stun)

- get your pet stunned, or mezzed
- try to cast some pet spells (they're queued)
- click Passive pet command (there the queue should be reset, as it is working as intended when the pet is not cc)
- wait the end of the cc, the pet casts

It doesn't look like a big deal, but it actually forces you to pay really close attention to the end of the cc on your pet to use PassivePet right after to actually reset the spellqueue

after the next update: If a spell with cast time is queued it will be removed from the queue when setting the pet to passive (works also if it already is passive)
